Psalm 107 Giving up the Fight

Have you noticed that it is hard work to rebel against God? In a sense, it is similar to fighting against the laws of nature. If we try to act contrary to the law of gravity, eventually we are bound to get hurt. Likewise, when we resist the Laws of Mind and Being, much unnecessary pain and suffering result. It takes a lot of mental energy to actively resist the presence of Spirit in our lives. And yet so many of us are deeply committed to this practice.

Deserts, prisons, hunger and storms all represent challenging experiences that come from the unfounded belief in our separation from the Divine. In truth there is no such thing, but until one has spiritual understanding, this falsehood can dominate in the mind. Amazingly, the belief of separation, in and of itself creates, an enormous vacuum in our hearts and minds. All our experiences become tainted with this misinformation.

Habits and attitudes that cloud our connection to Divine guidance (iniquity) cause illness in the spirit, mind and body. Here, sickness is defined as loathing any kind of nourishment (food), in particular spiritual nourishment. Consequently we hang near death (mental negation and inertia). The word (divine dynamic) heals us delivers us from destruction.

We can use our personal powers in futile attempts to eliminate this emptiness, but we will never be satiated. We will hunger and thirst for more until we ask for deliverance and are guided in Spirit to the Truth (inhabited places). The path to understanding is ridden with waves from the heavens to the depths. But if we stay centered on God and disciplined with our daily practice, God will deliver us from the storm. Each and all of these lessons are another opportunity to strengthen our faith. From a faithful mindset, all experiences bring the right and perfect good into our lives.

It is our choice to live in oasis or desert. Our thoughts and consequent actions determine our fate. If we allow our mind to stay focused on worldly things and question the significance of God in the world (wickedness), then our experience will be one of chaos and turmoil. It is impossible to be receptive to the good that God has for us, if our minds are absorbed with appearances. With spiritual discernment, the Truth behind the façade is revealed.

Those who are caught up in their own egos (princes) will suffer but the those who submit their will to Spirit (needy) will be uplifted. Error thinking creates the problems, but God dissolves them for those who are receptive and obedient. God cannot and will not override our will, so in the end it is our choice. If we change our mind and cry to the Lord and sincerely ask for deliverance, regardless of how reticent we have been, we are freed from the bondage of ignorance by the steadfast love of the Divine. The wise person understands this and gives up the fight. For in truth, the yoke is easy and the burden is light (Matt 11:30).

And so it is! Amen!

The "I" Must Die!

In as much as i can 'see',
That which is of the 'I' in me,

So it is i yearn, and to Our Father cry,
For deliverance from all that is of the 'I'.

The 'I', born of "imag"ination and selfish desire,
As lust, greed, and pride, stoked a consuming fire ;-(

A fire burning out of control, as 'I' leads the way,
It's smoke concealing the fleshly mind that leads one astray ;-(

Yet even in the smoke, searing heat, and blindness of 'sight',
Truth can pierce the blackness of darkness, revealing "The Light"!

And nothing can hide from "The Light", so "Light" reveals the "I",
Allowing one to "see" clearly, and clearly the "I" must die!

But to live, yet die, seems an impossible task,
And so we need of "Our Father", the impossible to ask.

Help me to "deny myself(die to self)(die to 'I')" Father!

And as HE Helps, HE reveals more and more of "The Selfless One", The One Who leads His Brethren on "The Way to The Truth of The Life". He Who was, and is The Messiah, The Son of The Only True G-D, Father(Creator) of ALL!

And as The Messiah desired above all else, so also will His Brethren desire above all else, "Father, not my will, But THY Will Be Done".......

The poem above was begun in Creel, Chih, Mexico in '92, a time when i sought to live and experience a simple and spiritual life and it was there that i received and embraced Simplicity. Left Mexico in '93, yet returned in '04. Then on 1/26/05 the poem was completed, and 'completion' is near for each and every one of us. And for "the poor and needy", thankfully so.......

Translated, "corruptible to incorruptible" indeed and Truth.......

Home at last.......

Forever free from The "I".......

All Thanks, Praise and Glory Be Unto "Our Father".......

And while there is breath(spirit) there is hope many will "see",
"see" The "I" for what it is, and then desire to be set free!

And that Spirit that was in The Messiah shall "set you free, free indeed"!

So, There Is Hope!

For Miracles do happen.......

Hope is there would be those who experience The Miracle that is receiving "a love of The Truth" for they will "see" The Light that is The Messiah, they will "see" that The Life is of The Spirit(not seen with the natural eye), and most certainly not of the flesh or fleshly mind("I").......

Peace, in spite of the dis-ease(darkness) that is of this world and it's systems of religion, for "the WHOLE world is under the control of the evil one"(1Jn5:19) indeed and Truth.......

Truth IS, a lie is not.......

(Returned to this place called the u.s. of a. in June of '05, yet a return to the simplicity that is rural Mexico would be welcomed, however, i realize that in all things it must be "Father(Creator) not my will, But THY Will Be Done.......)

"god helps those who help themselves"?

Such folklore is believed by catholics, christians and capitalists, as well as all others who are destroying Creation(air, water, land, vegetation, creatures) and perverting that which is Spirit(Truth, Light, Life, Peace, Love, Wisdom, Faith,,,, ALL that is Truly Good).......

Sadly all who do so are serving "the god of this world", "the father of lies", "d"evil spirit who is the author of death, destruction, and damnation!

And if they can "help themselves" why is it that they need help?

Truth IS, The ONE and Only True GOD, Father(Creator) of ALL helps those who cry unto HIM for help, for they realize how "poor and needy" they truly are!

Father Help! and HE does.......
